Take notice that you have been sued by PHILIP THOMPSON in the District Court of CLEVELAND County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before August 2, 2017, or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and correct, quieting title to the following real property, situated in CLEVELAND County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

THE EAST HALF OF TRACT NO. 9, WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEING A TRACT OF LAND IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH BEARS NORTH 89°50’ WEST, A DISTANCE OF 661.00 FEET FROM THE SE CORNER OF SAID SE/4 OF SECTION 9; THENCE NORTH 89°50’ WEST, A DISTANCE OF 585.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 757.17 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°50’ WEST A DISTANCE OF 585.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 757.17 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
