ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PETITION FOR ORDER WAIVING INVENTORY, APPROVING FINAL ACCOUNT, ALLOWING DISTRIBUTION TO CREDITORS, HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND SETTING DEADLINE FOR DISCHARGE

JEANNE TURPIN, Personal Representative of the Estate of BOBBY JO CAMPBELL, Deceased, has filed in this Court a Petition for Order waiving Inventory, approving the Final Account, allowing payment to creditors, distribution to heirs, devisees and legatees, and distribution of the above captioned estate, and setting a deadline date for filing of objections to discharge based upon failure to receive the court ordered payment or distribution.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that a hearing on said Petition be and is hereby set for hearing by the Court, and fixed not less than 20 days after the filing of the same on the 30 day of October, 2017, at 8:30, A.M. before Judge BONNER in the District Courtroom of the Courthouse in NORMAN, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Petition should not be granted and allowed and that the inventory be waived, final account be approved and allowed, and the said estate be distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged, and such person is hereby referred to said PETITION FOR ORDER WAIVING INVENTORY, FINAL ACCOUNT, APPROVING FINAL ACCOUNT, AND FOR FINAL ORDER ALLOWING DISTRIBUTION TO HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE, filed herein for further particulars.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that a deadline is set on the 20 day of November, 2017, for the filing of any notice by a creditor, heir, devisee, or legatee that the full and proper payment of the creditor’s claim or distribution as ordered by this Court has not been paid, If no such notices are filed by the specified deadline, the Personal Representative shall forthwith be entitled to release and discharge. If any such notice is filed, the matter only of that Notice shall be set for hearing before the Court.
