JAMES M. ROBINSON; TASHA L. ROBINSON; LAKE WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; COMPSOURCE OKLAHOMA; GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK; RON COLE; UNKNOWN TENANT, IF ANY, OF 501 WOODS WAY, MOORE, OKLAHOMA 73160, if living, and if deceased, their Unknown Heirs, Successors and Assigns.

The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, Weststar Mortgage Corporation, filed its Amended Petition in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, against the above stated Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Amended Petition on or before the 22nd day of November, 2017, or said Amended Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing their interest in the following described real estate, to wit:

LOT TWENTY-EIGHT (28), IN BLOCK TEN (10), OF LAKE WOODS SEC. 4, TO THE CITY OF MOORE, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

Moore, Oklahoma 73160

and a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendants, James M. Robinson and Tasha L. Robinson, adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage; and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the amount of $132,699.78, with applicable interest, attorney’s fees and costs, for all of which judgment will be taken.
